How much time do I have to dedicate to my health each week? 

2-3 hours a week.

Do you give diet sheets?  

Here at N E Time Fitness, we teach you the skills you need to make educated decisions about your nutritional health.  You will have 24/7 access to your coach for any questions, access to informational guides regarding nutrition, and a support group with other current clients.  These resources and educational opportunities set you up for lifelong success.

I have tried different programs before and they didn’t work. What makes this different?

We teach you the KNOWLEDGE you need in order to create a balanced and successful healthy lifestyle.  Our programs are crafted uniquely for YOU- taking into account your goals, your schedule, your likes and dislikes in the gym, and more.  With the knowledge we provide you and the unique program we craft for you, you will have the tools you need to sustain your progress.

I have an extremely busy and demanding job.  Are you able to help?

We have a molded approach around lifestyles and we have worked with every type of schedule from the busiest professions: travel nurses, teachers, security guards, business owners, night shift workers, firefighters, etc.  Our N E Time Fitness coaches work WITH your busy schedule!

I do not have access to a gym, can you still provide me with exercise coaching?

Yes!  Our motto is N E Time, N E Place, and N E Equipment.  Our coaches program specifically for YOU.  We offer exercise programing for full gyms, at home body weight workouts,  and everything in between. 

 

Simply let your coach know what equipment you have access to and they will diligently create a program that will help you reach your goals!

 

Additionally, if the equipment you have access to changes (for example due to traveling) simply let your coach know and they will be happy to make adjustments to your program.
